If you want to add OnetoOnetext Live Chat to your Joomla site, you don’t need to use any third party modules as it is so simple & straight forward to use.

Integration Steps:

1. Sign up with OnetoOnetext

Visit OnetoOnetext site to sign up/create an account in any plan.

Note: Free Trail is available for all plans

Once you complete the sign up form then you are ready to use the OnetoOnetext Live Chat widget.

Login to the OnetOnetext Dashboard page with the credentials used during sign up. After login, click on the Setup Instruction tab on the top left then you can see the following screen:

When you are in Setup Instruction tab, then you can see the Embed Widget code. Do copy the three line code.

Go to the admin dashboard panel overview page (Admin Dashboard -->Structure --> Blocks).

Now click Blocks.

Click add block.

Enter the block title and block description. Insert the body block (copying the widget code --> onetoonetext dashboard --> setup instruction --> embed widget from onetoonetext site)paste the widget code block body. You can select drop down list box full html text format and select region settings highlighted.

When you click save block, the block has been created.

Refresh the page, you will see the onetoonetext chat ready.
